1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using Layouts.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

   
   

2. Beta Status
   Layouts.dev is currently in beta. You acknowledge and agree that:

   • Your code may not work tomorrow due to ongoing changes and improvements.

   • We reserve the right to use your code to train AI models.

   • Public pages are accessible to anyone with the link, meaning your code may be visible to others.

     
     

3. Use of Service

   Layouts.dev provides a coding environment with a custom Domain-Specific Language (DSL) for accelerated app creation and development. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

   
   

4. Intellectual Property and Output Code

   The code generated by Layouts.dev is copyrighted. You may use this code in your commercial or non-commercial projects, subject to the following restrictions:

   • You may not use this code to train AI models.

   • You may not use this code to power your own low-code tool.

   • You may not incorporate our components into your low-code tool.

   • You may not use the code or the Layouts components to make your own low-code offering or code generators.

   These terms regarding output code may change in the future.

   
   

5. Image Usage

   When using our /image component:

   • All images belong to their respective authors.

   • You are responsible for checking and respecting image/author credits.

   • We always include author credits in code exports.

   • It is your responsibility to ensure proper attribution and licensing compliance for any images used in your projects.

     
     

6. Modifications to Service

   Layouts.dev reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Layouts.dev shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

   
   

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Layouts.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

   
   

8. No Service Level Agreement or Guarantee

   Layouts.dev is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. We do not offer any Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee of service. You acknowledge and agree that:

   • There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

   • We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any other loss or damage resulting from the transfer of data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet.

   • Data may be lost, and we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using our service. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and code.

   
   

9. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Layouts.dev operates as a Delaware corporation.

   
   

10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
